In the dark instrumental music of Milo\u0161 Dolinsk\u00fd from Vidnava (Czech Republic), a gritty blend of ambient loops, electronic beats, and post-rock comes together, driven by loopers and sequencers. In the fall of 2023, he self-released his debut album Z\u016fsta\u0148 (Stay)<\/b><\/em>, which, thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign, was also released in physical form. The singles Z\u016fsta\u0148 (Stay)<\/b><\/em> and Stromy (Trees)<\/b><\/em> stayed in Radio 1\u2019s Velk\u00e1 sedma<\/em> chart for the full seven weeks. He was also named one of the \u201c50 Promising Czech Artists\u201d<\/em> by Headliner<\/em> magazine. Currently, he performs live with a theatre ensemble from the Jesen\u00edk in their musical Dcery (Daughters)<\/b><\/em>, for which he composed the music. Single Ozv\u011bny (Echoes)<\/i> was originally meant to be part of the debut in 2023, but back then, I didn't really know what to do with it and never finished it. Over the past two years, it's evolved into something completely different. It\u2019s a dance song for the end of the world. One foot is rooted in the rawness of the debut, while the other steps toward a future, more electronic sound.<\/p>
