\u010cern\u00fd tes\u00e1k<\/strong> is the musical project of Milo\u0161 Dolinsk\u00fd, a native of the small town of Vidnava in Czech Republic. His dark instrumental music, built on loopers and sequencers, blends a gritty mix of ambient loops, electronic beats, and post-rock. He draws inspiration from artists like Boards of Canada and Nine Inch Nails.<\/span><\/p>

Debut album Z\u016fsta\u0148 (Stay)<\/strong>, released in the fall of 2023, captures the feeling of constant change and the flow of time across 10 tracks. Electronic beats and distorted guitars are complemented by drums, percussion, and keyboards performed by Zden\u011bk Jur\u010d\u00edk (Kafka Band, Letn\u00ed Kapela). The album was mixed by \u010cern\u00fd tes\u00e1k himself, with mastering handled by Tom\u00e1\u0161 Kar\u00e1sek at Gargle and Expel Studio.<\/p>

Three singles from the album \u2013 Kr\u00e1l\u00ed\u010dek, Jsem happy<\/em>, and Z\u016fsta\u0148<\/em> \u2013 are accompanied by animated music videos. The video for Z\u016fsta\u0148<\/em> was awarded Best Animated Music Video<\/strong> at the Budapest Movie Awards<\/strong> and Best Experimental Music Video<\/strong> at the No Stress Music Video Awards<\/strong>. Additionally, the tracks Z\u016fsta\u0148<\/em> and Stromy<\/em> stayed in the Velk\u00e1 sedma<\/strong> chart on Radio 1 for the full 7 weeks.<\/p>

\u010cern\u00fd tes\u00e1k has also collaborated with Zden\u011bk Jur\u010d\u00edk (Letn\u00ed kapela, Kafka Band) on the music for the Jesen\u00edk musical Dcery (Daughters)<\/b>, which he is now performing live as well.
