Bio
Cerny tesak (Black fang) is a musical project of Milos Dolinsky, originally from the small town of Vidnava, situated near the polish border north of Jeseník.
His dark instrumental music, built on loopers and sequencers, features a dreamy mix of ambient loops, electronic beats and dirty guitars. It takes inspiration from artists like Boards of Canada, Burial and Nine Inch Nails. The DIY approach is inspired by Australia's King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard.
On September 15, the debut album Zůstaň (Stay) was released digitally, which indirectly presents a sense of constant change and time streams on its 10 tracks. Electronic beats and dirty guitars were complemented by drums, percussion and keyboards by Zdeněk Jurčík (Kafka band, Letní kapela). The album was mixed by Černý tesák himself after two months of watching tutorials. Tomáš Karásek from Gargle and Expel studio took care of the mastering.
Three tracks are complemented by animated music videos - Králíček, Jsem happy and Zůstaň. All three of them again follow the theme of volatility and dreaminess. Music video for the song Zůstaň won the Best Animated Music Video category at the Budapest Movie Awards festival.
Černý tesák introduced himself at festivals like Okolojeles, Žižkovská noc, Jesnění, Nebál, or as support of Kafka band.
Wrote about me:
"It's clear that this kind of music is not for easy listening, but it requires a really
focused listener. However, if you take the time, Černý tesák will reward you with a
beautiful musical experience."

"In some ways Zůstaň is reminiscent of the work of the master Manuel Göttsching, who died last year, but its mood is overall much more moderated and, for example, the track Srdce (Heart) may even remind us of Ota Petrina's solo albums from the 1980s. Miloš Dolinský serves the listener precise playing with a subtle bustling spice"

"Miloš Dolinský rolled on incredible instrumental pressure reminiscent of the best of
Holy Fuck or Fuck Buttons.”

"Guitar one-man show reflects much of himself: playful and likeable music, which is made at home. But in the same time, this young musician is not afraid to bare his teeth."
